12 months beginning August 15, 2025 and ending July 31, 2026 (shorter terms are available for a premium)
Possibly, but it would be at a higher rental rate. The rates quoted on the website are for 12 month leases.
For your convenience, your contract is based on a total amount divided into 12 equal
installments. Installments commence on August 1st and end the following July 1st unless you
choose to renew your lease for another year.
Installments can be paid online via e-check, an app (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal), or credit/debit card, or via hand delivering a physical
check or money order.
Each installment is $1,495/suite. Unlike other student housing properties that charge additional monthly fees for parking, trash, pest control, and utility processing, these items do not cost extra at 991 Hampton. Once you account for the additional monthly fees charged at other new student housing properties near Georgia Tech (Whistler, Hub, Theory Interlock), you’ll see they are much more expensive than 991 Hampton.
There are 4 paved parking spaces behind the home plus ample space for additional vehicles to
park in the driveway. If desired, 24-hour parking on Hampton Street is available at no additional cost, which comes in handy for those times when you want to
entertain in the parking court and need to park vehicles offsite.
Nope. Unlike other student housing properties that charge an additional $75 to $400 per onsite
parking space, parking is already included in the installment amount.
No. If you don’t have a vehicle, feel free to use your parking space for an outdoor grill, game area, or entertainment space.
The home is served by Xfinity’s 1 Gig internet plan. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.
The living room has a 65” smart TV and cable/ethernet connections are provided in each bedroom in the event you wish to bring your own TV. Residents may contract directly with Xfinity for cable service, if desired.
While the cost of electricity and water depend on actual usage, each resident should budget $50 to $60 per month for water and electricity. Given the appliances are Energy Star rated, the HVAC equipment is brand new, the lighting is LED, the interior and exterior walls are fully-insulated, and the rooms have solar shades, the energy bill at 991 Hampton will be much lower than any other comparably-sized house in Home Park.
Each resident is required to provide third-party insurance coverage (We can recommend an insurance broker if you do not have one.)
This is a pet free property.
Text or call us and we’ll respond quickly. The house is BRAND NEW so maintenance issues are rare.

No need for you to deal with setting up utilities. We got you! Just reimburse us each month for your share of the utilities when we send you the bill, which will include copies of the water and electrical bills from the City of Atlanta and Georgia Power, respectively.
Of course!
You are only responsible for your own installments, which means you don’t have to worry about your roommates paying on time.
Most college students won’t meet the income and credit qualifications on their own so having a guarantor allows us to qualify you for a lease based on your guarantor’s income.
Being a brand new company, our only property at this time is 991 Hampton. However, we are actively pursuing additional development sites in Home Park.
