All applicants or their guarantors are encouraged to schedule a phone call or a property tour with the Landlord prior to submitting an application. We would love to meet you at the property or answer any questions you might have. Feel free to message us via the website or send an email to leasing@homeparksuites.com.
Complete the Resident Application and upload their respective applications to the website. For any residents who require a guarantor, please have your guarantor complete the Guarantor Application and upload it to the website. The Resident Application and Guarantor Application are available below. Use the below secure link to upload the completed applications, photo IDs, and paycheck stubs to the website.
Once we receive your Resident Application and, if applicable, Guarantor Application, we will send a link to each applicant so they can electronically pay the $250 Application and Administration Fee. This fee is immediately non-refundable and covers the Landlord’s cost of background checks, credit checks, utility setup, etc. Please allow 72 hours for us to process your application.
If your application is approved, we will email the Lease Agreement to you for execution. We will separately email the Lease Guaranty Agreement to your guarantor for execution. If your application is not approved, we will let you know why.
